Biography:

In 2012 Jacqueline R. Martinez-Roberts joined Coldwell Banker Realty as a Realtor in their Fremont office. Jacqueline specializes in Residential sales in Alameda County and beyond.

Coldwell Banker Realty has been rapidly growing in the Alameda region, which trains high caliber agents to help meet the increasing needs of their clients. Jacqueline is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty as an agent, Jacqueline worked at Coldwell Banker Fremont as a Real Estate Assistant for one of the top producing agents. Her responsibilities included marketing of homes and transaction coordination. 

In 2019, after 12 years on her team Jacqueline went independent. She takes with her all the knowledge and skills learned throughout the years. 

She has spent the last 16 years learning the ins-and-outs of the Real Estate business while working on over 500 closed transactions as either a Realtor, mentor, and/or assistant.

In 2023, Jacqueline Received her "Senior Real Estate Specialist" designation. 

Community Involvement:

Jacqueline enjoys volunteering in her free time. She is the head Cheer coach for Washington High School, Fremont. She is an active member of Our Lady Of Guadalupe, as a board member and coach. Formally she volunteered/coached at FBI Baseball, Fremont Football, and Young Champions Cheer. 

Schooling:

Jacqueline completed an intensive training program through Chamberlin School which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate. She is a graduate of Irvington High School in Fremont where she graduated with honors in the Thespian Society. She is also a former Ohlone college student where she studied criminal justice and business.
